Semen Padang Football Club is a football club owned by PT Semen Padang, which is the oldest cement company in Indonesia. Semen Padang Football Club, based in Indarung, Padang, West Sumatra, and play their home games at Gelora Haji Agus Salim Stadium. Semen Padang FC was established on 30 November 1980. Debut in Indonesian football scene following the 1980 Division 1 Galatama In 1982, Semen Padang FC managed to win the Division 1 Galatama and as well as promotion to the First Division Galatama.
