In the final match, Persib reinforced by players like Sutiono Lamso and Robby Darwis beat PSM Makassar. Galatama Football League and union teams in Indonesia later merged into the Indonesia league (LI).
In the first match in the competition LI 1994/1995, Persib re-carve the record as the champion after beating Petrokimia Putra Gresik FC in final round, where the only goal of the match scored by Sutiono.
Persib is also one of Indonesia's club reached the quarter-finals of the Asian Champions League.
